You know; as the result of Intergang having a turf war with AIM over Project Cadmus technology. Or something equivalent, thereto.

They have a real "Iron Man and Capt. America" combo vibe. Nice!
Rise of the Guardians could be in sequel both are given Green Lantern rings by a Guardian Ganthet for battle against Krona with help by Guardians of the Galaxy.

Jim has teamed with Superman and Captain America. This pair vs high powered gunsels? And then what??
I conversation I just had made me think of the combination of Moon Knight and Doctor Mid-Nite. I checked, and they did work together way back in #253, but I'd kind of like to see it done again; it's been over 12 years.
