Snake Eyes Vs. Bane

Usually Bane is a man of few words, but even he has more to say than snake eyes.  I am sure that the action in this tale would make up for the limited conversation within.

Moon Knight Vs. Bane

He broke the Bat - but how would Bane fare against Moon Knight?  It would be an interesting battle, to be sure.  Perhaps the outcome would depend on which of MK's personalities was in control at the time?

Sleepwalker Vs. Batman's Villains

The villains in Batman's rogues gallery have made for some true nightmare scenarios and visually stunning dream sequences.  It might be fun to put a hero in there that could face off with them in the dreamworld.

Winter Soldier Vs. Bane

I'm wondering if and when The Winter Soldier might Show up again in the movies.  Captain America: New World Order is of course an option, but I haven't heard whether Sebastian Stan will be joining the cast of that film yet.  The Thunderbolts is another option, as both Hawkeye and The Winter Soldier have led iterations of that team in the comics. Bucky Barnes has one of the longest story arcs in the MCU and it will be interesting to see where he goes from here.

Venom Vs. Bane

Even though the first Venom movie was kind of crazy and over the top, I did get a kick out of it.  The sequel promises to be lots of fun as well.  Director Andy Serkis is the undisputed master of motion-capture characters and he seems like a perfect choice to be calling the shots behind the camera.  I can't wait to see how Carnage is realized on screen - both the CGI and Woody Harrelson's performance.   Hopefully we'll see some footage soon.

Black Panther Vs. Bane

Much like the concerns about Robert Pattinson's physique for his upcoming role as Batman, here has been some online discussion about Chadwick Boseman's current appearance.  Recent social media posts have shown him to having apparently lost weight and looking quite different than he did as the Black Panther.  Maybe it's for another role, or maybe that's just his normal look between projects.  Given the delays in Hollywood filming there's probably plenty of time to work out and bulk up before shooting on the sequel begins, so I don't think there's much cause for alarm at this point.

Taskmaster Vs. Bane

Taskmaster has been announced as the main villain in the upcoming Black Widow solo film.  There had been speculation for weeks, but now it has been confirmed at Comicon.  This is good news, because he is a great villain with a unique power set that should result in some exciting fight sequences.  Production art indicates that he will have a costume very close to the comics (minus the cape).

Daredevil Vs. Bane

I have watched the Netflix Daredevil series twice now and enjoyed it just as much the second time around.  It gives me high hopes for the other Marvel shows on the way - Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist and The Defenders... but especially for Daredevil season 2.  With characters like Elektra, Bullseye and The Punisher (perfectly cast with Jon Bernthal) slated to appear, it sound like it's going to be a wild ride.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Vs. Deadpool and Bane

Despite the fact that word of mouth was less than stellar, the newest Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film seemed to do well at the box office, so audiences can count on another installment of the Michael Bay-produced franchise.  The somewhat creepy design of the leads was a turn-off for me, so I decided to make this one a rental. For me, the CGI animated TMNT is still the best the Turtles have looked onscreen.
