Freedom Fighters and Agents of Atlas

 

Between the Golden Age and Modern Ages of heroes, these were two teams that held down the fort. I have enjoyed both their original appearances as well as the modern revivals of both of these groups.  I'd love to see a story set in the 50's or 60's or even the present day that includes them both.

JLA & JSA and Agents of Atlas

I had hoped that the introduction of Agent Jimmy Woo in the MCU would lead to the formation of Agents of Atlas down the line.  The character, as played by Randall Park, has been used for comic relief so far though, so I don't know if that will be the case.  Still, I'd like to see either the original team or its newer incarnation eventually show up. 

Agents of Atlas and Martian Manhunter

I quite liked The Agents of Atlas  when they were introduced.  It was an interesting team of offbeat characters that paid respect to Marvel's long publishing history.  I see that there is a new version of the group out now, but only Agent Jimmy Woo of the original line up is included in that, working with an all-Asian roster.  I've seen Gorilla Man appearing in some Avengers titles, hopefully the rest of the original team will find new homes as well.

Kamandi and Agents of Atlas

I really enjoyed Agents of Atlas, in the Marvel Universe, but I haven't seen them used in years.  With the casting of Randall Park as Jimmy Woo in the upcoming Ant-Man and The Wasp, though, I have some hope that they will return.  Having Agent Woo in the mix opens the door for the rest of the Agents of Atlas to appear in the movies down the line - and there's no faster way for Marvel to raise your profile in the comics than to be portrayed on the big screen.

Batman and Agents of Atlas

I picked up the first Agents of Atlas TPB on a whim because I liked the What If? issue it was inspired by and I had read a few positive reviews. I was surprised with how much I enjoyed it. It's a great group of eclectic characters, each with complex layers of history and personality. I liked the second TPB as well and definitely plan to keep following this team.
