Teen Titans and Doctor Strange

One cool thing that I have liked about the Teen Titans is the variety of types of stories that were told with the team.  They could easily go from standard superhero fare to epic off-planet action to street level mysteries.  It would be cool to see them share a mystic adventure with Dr. Strange.

Ant-Man and Bumblebee

Rumors are still circulating that the Fantastic Four will be introduced or at least set up in the third Ant-Man movie.  Director Peyton Reed has been angling for a shot at the FF from even before he started the Ant-Man trilogy so it will be interesting to see if he finally gets the chance to put his stamp on Marvel's first family. If they are indeed slated to show up we should finally hear some casting soon, as the movie is slated to begin filming next summer.

Power Man and Bumblebee

One thing I really miss in today's comics are the inventive subscription ads and series advertisements.  They often featured cool art that could not be found anywhere else.  Who can forget the two ads by Bill Sienkiewicz for Power Man and Iron Fist - one with Danny Rand asking the reader to subscribe to their series so as not to upset his partner and the other with Luke Cage daring the reader not to.

Bumblebee and The Wasp

The announced Ant-Man and The Wasp movie will no doubt feature Hope Van Dyne finally suited up an  ready for action - but what of the original Wasp, Janet Van Dyne.  While she was said to be lost to the micro-realm in the first movie, events in the last act indicated that  that may not be the one-way trip that Hank Pym thought it was - perhaps a rescue attempt is in order?  The we have Sharon Stone hinting that she has a small role in an upcoming Marvel movie... it's starting to seem like we will be seeing more of Janet after all.

Bumblebee and Bumblebee

I have always liked Bumbleblee from The Teen Titans as well as her boyfriend Mal Duncan, and I think that DC should do more with them.  I'm not sure why they never really moved past their status as Titans C-listers. I really like Bumblebee's new costume and hairstyle (which I think debuted on the animated Teen Titans show), she has one of the cooler looks around and I believe she has more than paid her dues as a character.

Insects Incorporated!

Even though I took my super-heroes very seriously when I was growing up, I did enjoy it when comic companies were able to poke fun at themselves.  Marvel's Not Brand Ecch and the all-humor issue of What If? were fun reads.  DC had Ambush Bug to point out the absurdities of a life in the DCU and as a comic character in general.  I always got a kick out of his appearances and I loved watching Henry Winkler voicing him in the final episode of Batman: The Brave and the Bold.  Has he been back in comics recently?  I'd love to see the Bug's reaction to the New 52.
