Jack of Hearts and Green Lanterns

I really hope that DC can get the Green Lantern Corps movie up and running.  Like Guardians of the Galaxy for Marvel, it could be a great way to open up the DC Universe.  A movie about space cops with members from thousands of races is can't help but do so.  They could get caught up in the Rann-Thanagar War, deal with a threat from Mongul's Warworld, or investigate what happened to Mars' once thriving civilization... the possibilities are endless.

Plastic Man and Medusa / Darkseid Vs. Darth Vader

Some commented on my recent Moon Knight/Elongated Man cover that they enjoyed the offbeat team ups just as much as the pairings that more naturally go together.  Well, here's both on one cover for you!  Plastic Man and Medusa both spent time as criminals, so they aren't completely different from one another, I guess. Darkseid battling Darth Vader is a common request, and I can understand why - it would be an epic battle!

Yellowjacket and Guy Gardner

I really hope that we will see a bit more of Hank Pym in his prime and in action with the original Wasp when Ant-Man and The Wasp hits the theaters.  I loved the brief glimpse we got the first time around and I hope we get more.  I've hear rumors that the plot will feature attempts to save Janet Van Dyne from the Microverse (with Sharon Stone in the role?), and that would be great to see.

Kilowog and Beta Ray Bill

Now that Marvel has successfully introduced the cosmic side of their cinematic universe, I think that movie audiences are ready to see Beta Ray Bill on the big screen.  I'm not sure what the plot to Thor: Ragnarok will be, but it sounds epic enough that new characters will have to join in on the action.  How cool would it be to see Bill fighting side by side with the God of Thunder?  I bet they would even let him keep his helmet!

Guy Gardner and The Rocketeer

I remember thinking it was odd that DC Guy Gardner was featured in Crisis on Infinite Earths rather than Hal Jordan (famously the only DC hero not to appear in the classic maxi-series).  I liked him in the early days of Justice League, but felt that he turned onto a one-dimensional jerk of a character after a while.  Fortunately, later stories would flesh out his personality, and Guy definitely grew on me. I always liked his uniform as well, he is one of the sharper looking Green Lanterns.
