Here's another pairing tat I have been meaning to get to for a while. It looks like they have their work cut out for them with these glowing monstrosities.

This looks like a job for...The Quarrymen!*
*Last seen @ May 20.
Black panther takes out kryptonite one supes takes out the other one
So, basically, two stones with one swap.
super breath and super speed to make a first defense?
this cover feels completely natural.
All together now... "Very carefully!" (In answer to Supes' question.)
And I agree with Tobor, other than not quite understanding T'Challa's pose.
Okay, Kirby cover, great, love Kirby, especially when you mash DC and other companys! Black Panther came from the splash page of # 6 and the Easter Island Statues came from the Tales to Astonish splash page #5, but Superman seems to be out of place, he looks more like Curt Swan than Jack Kirby. How close am I in my thought about this?
It's a Kirby Superman from Jimmy Olsen - but DC editorial often had another artist redraw his head.
One might even say...IT ROCKS!
