Too bad this Robin doesn't have access to the costume that Neal Adams designed for twenty-something Dick Grayson of pre-Crisis Earth 2. That one, at least, had a glider cape.
Then, again, maybe this Robin has a trick or two up his short sleeves (temporarily stored there from his utility belt).

The utility belt may give some real surprises to that old bird!! Robin did have his own series in the golden age.

And this is even funnier when you remember who played Vulture on the big screen!
I still hold that Dick Grayson, at least originally, had an unlisted superpower: bullets shot at him were somehow destined to miss. Hence, the bright red costume that basically yells, "Hey! Over here! Shoot at me!"
That could even explain why the Joker used a crowbar on Jason....
I always felt Adrian Toomes was a major pain in the...but even though Spidey had his super strength and agility and spidey sense to beat him, I'm still giving this bout to Robin. He's no stranger to aerial combat, and has had magnificent training from the toughest drill sergeant around.
How about Vulture vs. Man-Bat?
ROBIN ALREADY FOUGHT A VULTURE AS PART OF A TRIO (WHERE MARVEL GOT THEIR NAME 4 THIS 1 KNOCKOFF). YOUNG DICK WOULD B MAKING JOKES ABOUT WHERE HIS OTHER 2 PARTNERS WERE= THE BIG BARRED BIRDHOUSE OR THE SENIOR LIVING FACILITY.
There might have been a Kevlar vest underneath his red tunic the same way Batman had one underneath his gray shirt with that replica of the Bat-signal. Like the Dark Knight, himself, put it: "It's easier to bulletproof my chest than my head."
More likely, he'd quip that the Shark was now permanently up the river while the Fox was in a padded den at Arkham.
Fun fact Robin was co-created by Jerry Robinson (especially his costume) and Steve Ditko was his mentee. Ditko was a huge fan of Robinson's and you can tell.
Ditko never drew the Joker, Robinson's other great co-creation, though he did draw an issue of Man Bat. I think it was a real crime.
So can we please see some Robinson/Ditko collages?
