Phantom Stranger and Thor

A tale of Gods and Monsters to be sure.  It's interesting that the body hopping Ultra-Humanite wound up in such a hairy form, given that he was Superman's original bald headed foe - before Luthor lost his locks.

"The Ultra-Humanite Must Win!"

A provocative statement, to say the least. Which is to say that it provokes the imagination to ask all sorts of questions. For instance; is this a magically produced double of the Ultra-Humanite? Has some fellow Asgardian, like the Lady Sif, been turned into a white gorilla/human hybrid similar to how Thor was once turned into a frog?

The possibilities boggle my neurons. :-)

Hmmm, Ultra may have some plans that will wind up in a positive way.

How about Alpha Flight's Sasquatch vs. the Ultra-Humanite?

Well, why not the Ultra-Humanite on the Planet of the Apes?

Or Marvel Apes vs the Ultra-Humanite?

Or all three of the above.

I'm not sure if Batman's Dr Deth or Dr Savana preceeded bald Luthor but the Earth 2 brought some great creations back to the forefront like Black Canary, UH, Solomon Grundy, etc.

Phantom Stranger has always been the most interesting of characters in the DCU. He's part radio mystery narrator host and the closest thing that DC has had to a Christian minister. He's stories take a moralist direction where everyone else beats up the bad guy. In his stories, the bad guy gets his due punishment.
