I wonder if Arcade is a silent partner in the Gotham City company once notorious for manufacturing these giant-size functioning replicas?

I once, for my own amusement, drafted a summary for a "possible" team-up between Batman and Spiderman in which Arcade and the Joker had agreed with each other to try disposing of each other's opponents... both villains with plans to finish-off by killing their 'partner' so that they could claim full credit, of course...
"If you tilt, you die!" That sounds pretty tilting! ;)

About Arcade: I'm a little surprised he hasn't yet teamed up with the Riddler. If nothing else, it'd make for a nice tie-in with Cary's idea; but I was thinking that those two masterminds could create the "ultimate escape room" for Batman and a puzzle-solving Marvel co-star.

Atom should just try getting inside an enemy's head - quite literally - and start growing. Like Beast Boy once did to Trigon in the Teen Titans cartoon. I am amazed that as far as I know at least neither he nor Ant Man has ever adopted such a common sense if rather brutal strategy to prevail over their enemies.
Jason, the Atom did something similar in the Rock of Ages storyline of JLA in the 1990’s.
Ross, this cover is 11 out of 10 for creativity & accuracy .Fantastic. And a great story too, especially on pages 9 & 10!!
Besides which, common sense is a contradiction in terms. Much like jumbo shrimp and/or happily married.

Minor back-track; I wonder if the Atom was being held captive by Queen Atomia (one of Wonder Woman's old foes) as part of some alliance with Arcade.
I mean, think about it. Shouldn't the rest of Microforce (last seen in STF #3520) have rescued the Atom from whatever predicament he'd gotten into in part 1? Unless they were captured by Queen Atomia, as well. Perhaps even as part of an alliance between herself and Baron Karza (as a means of getting his hands on Arcturus Rann)!
But, then, why involve Arcade and the X-men? I can only surmise that she somehow tuned in on the events back @ STF #1782 and was impressed with how he had already manipulated the rest of the Justice League (with a little help from the Joker). So, she contacted him and agreed to help him get revenge on the X-men in exchange for helping her do the same to Diana of Themiscyra!
Maybe a third installment could have Wonder Woman battling a brainwashed Cilicia of the Acroyear on Spartak.
If that's the case, you should check out STF #1782 back at Feb. 2017.
Did he? I wasn't aware of that. Haven't read JLA since the late 1970s. Might be where the writers of the Teen Titans cartoon got the idea for Beast Boy to turn from a hummingbird into a blue whale inside Trigon's ear canal in the first place. :-)
