I'm not sure if it's the similarly styles Silver Age costumes, but The Atom looks like he fits right in with the X-Men here. They are called the Children of the Atom, after all. I'll blame it on Cassie Nova.
(Swiftly shows himself out)
You mean, you think she's turned the Mighty Mite into her own tiny dancer of love? ;-)
I'm just waiting to find out that the "Children of the Atom" moniker is literal, much to Al Pratt's surprise.
His surprise?! His brain is more likely to go positively cyclotronic!
Ross, how about Ray-Atom, Henry-Beast, and Beetle-Ted teaming on a scientific quest?? Those three might surprise everyone, even the villain.
(the test tube jocks!...?ehh)
Why not something more explosive-sounding like...the Know-Howitzers!
That (Anon's name suggestion) makes me think that maybe Gambit and the Human Bomb could form a group called the Boom Patrol.
Versus Bomb Queen and the Evil Midnight Bomber-What-Bombs-At-Midnight?
Bomb Queen's that super-villainess from Image Comics who took over a whole city and outlawed superheroes, btw.
