we don't know enough about Ultraman to feel that sure about him. He has more fears, insecurities, and issues to make him unstable. He uses kryptonite to power himself up, but how long...how much of a difference...these are unknowns. And Damage Control will get a bonus for this assignment!!
I wonder what would bring them together against each other? Has Betty Ross entered into a lesbian relationship with the polyamorous Super-Woman? Her father, "Old Thunderbolt" Ross, never struck as pro-feminist to begin with. So, it wouldn't surprise me if he was against non-heterosexual lifestyles, as well!
Next up: Red Hulk vs. Wade "the Shaggy General" Eiling?
Wall-to-wall mindless fighting and destruction? Sounds like a project tailor made for Zack Snyder's unique talent.
I think much of the action inside would involve heroic counterparts of familiar villains, such as General Grodd or just about any alt-universe Doctor Octopus, trying to mitigate damage.
And I see one big problem with Anon@8:13's theory: It's Ultraman who's the aggrieved party here. So, it's likely that the General killed, or at least hospitalized, one of the few humans that Ultraman would actually care about: Lois Lane.
Bob, try reverse thinking here...Ross made a play for Superwoman that got Ultraman up in arms!!
Isn't Lois Lane the civilian identity of Earth 3's Super-Woman? At least, post-Crisis On Infinite Earths?

I bet that Red Hulk tries to cheat and exposes Ultraman to kryptonite. Too bad for him that Ultraman gains a temporary new super-power when exposed to kryptonite rather than being hurt by it.
Which raises an interesting question: has it ever been depicted if Ultraman is weakened by lead (like Early Silver Age Mon-El)?
and what might be the results of exposure to other hues of Kryptonite??
I yield the argument to my more knowledgeable co-readers.

Two powerhouses for sure. Now how about Gladiator tearing a new one for Homelander…?
Or, failing that, I'd even settle for the Shi'ar Imperial Guard taking on Composite Superman (from The Totalitarians)!
