A scene like this could set up quite the divergent timeline. It would be interesting to watch unfold.
Has anyone checked out Superman and Spider-Man's recent real world crossover, and was it any good? I'm waiting for these new DC/Marvel crossovers to be collected in digital and then I plan to check them out, but I'd love to hear your opinions.
Superman and Spider-Man have had a history on this blog as well - They were last seen together sporting their black costumes, Superman gathered heroes to find a missing Spidey... There was a movie of their classic crossover... once they underwent an identity crisis... and once they decided to have a car fight.

I just picked up the facsimile reprint of the Classic '70's team-up. I can't wait for April and the new team-up. I'm not sure about the "back-up" team-ups... should be interesting to see what the writers come up with...

Isn't Mary Jane a tad young for Superman? She and Spider Man are usually depicted as being in their early twenties at most whereas Superman is usually depicted as being at about age 30 - and that was before he married Lois lane and finally got a child of his own in canon (something I assume is ignored here).
If it isn't being ignored, then never mind Supes or Spidey--Mxyzptlk had better beware of the wrath of LOIS.
With Mxy's magic having warped the usual course of events on Earth-STF, I doubt Lois (or most anyone else, for that matter) have even noticed the age disparity! Let alone, object to it.
Spidey is the exception, of course, because he's the latest butt of this 5th Dimensional's prank. Sadistically being allowed to keep his memory of how things should truly be! The only way it could be worse is if Mxy exposed Supes to pink kryptonite.
Clergyman: "If anyone here objects to this union, let them speak now, or forever hold their peace."
Superman: "I object. It's Spider-man I truly love!
Spidey & MJ (in unison): "Say what?????!"

would Mxy do it thinking he's helping Supes or rattling a whole lot of people at once...or both?? Or Mxy could give Supes a harem that includes Lois and Diana. That could really be a new story development and results!
Probably both. But, depriving Cap of Wonder Wife? That would be a big mistake. Enter....the Enchantress of Asgard!

Knowing Mxy, he'd turn around and give Supes a harem of Mary Jane and Lana Lang then Marvel Girl!! The red hair League!!
Or just save himself some trouble and magically harem-ize Code: Red (not seen here since Oct. 4, 2019!).

Who knows? Maybe Red Sonja will serve as liaison between Code Red and Big Barda's NFF.
I loved Mr Mxyzptlk being in the background. It tells you the story, but I still want to read it!
