I guess Hogarth wouldn't have much of a role here. By Robocop's time he'd be in his 50s and too old for that kind of thing unless by some chance he *was* (a) Robocop in this story, though unless he retained his personality a whole lot better than Murphy does that would be a pretty tragic fate for him.
Oh, and could you pit these guys against the Sentinels? After all, mutants deserve protection from the law too.
I.G. 'SUPERMAN?' Robocop: I am a man of steel!! I.G.' LET'S GO!!'
