Who do you think wins this battle?  I don't see the Infinity Gauntlet here, so Thanos may be in for some trouble.

This issue ends with Thanos in restraints as the Anti-Monitor prepares to launch his latest scheme for multiversal conquest, with a "to be continued" tag at the end.

And what hero or heroes would oppose the Anti-Monitor in part two? The Strange Brothers? The Danvers Twins? The Power Couple? The Exiles? The Great Lakes Avengers? Iron Beetle and Green Lantern Godzilla? Or, perhaps, the Spectre with the power of Captain Universe?
