Hmmm! Looks like Chronos has used a Pym-particle beam on both of them. But, did he steal it from Hank, himself? Or was he supplied one by Kang the Conqueror (from a Growing Man power unit)?

All of them vs. Mister Atom?
All I know for certain is that it looks like Choi stole Nuklon's costume.
Maybe that's why Nuklon switched to the red-and-black one (offset by that ginger Mr. T-do).
I'd say Nuklon's hair color was more fire-engine red (rather than ginger proper).
