Batman Vs. Aliens (The Movie!)

I remember a pretty well done Batman Vs. Aliens mini-series in comic book form back in the day, but how cool would a live action version of that match up been?  Get Ridley Scott or James Cameron back to direct and that would have been quite the blockbuster!

Believe it or not, I finished reading the trade paperback reprint of "Avengers vs. Aliens." Whoa! Epic...but depressing.

Hopefully, your writing of this, as real-world crossover, would have a comparatively happier ending.

I wonder if this movie could get a sequel in the 2020s.

thekelvingreen - I didn't know that, very cool.

Sir Kero - I remember being blown away when that came out, great stuff.

Only if the first one did well, both commercially and critically, in brick-and-mortar theaters.

I can imagine the in-story scenario of their first meeting.

"An android named Delorean helped me salvage and restore one of your Batmobiles, so we could install it with something called a flux capacitor. That's how I was able to come back in time to stop him before it's too late!"

"Stop whom...and from doing what?"

"The merger between Wayne Enterprises and the Yutani Corporation cannot be allowed to proceed. If it does. they'll eventually colonize and terraform a planet called Acheron. Leading to the infestation of Earth by acid-blooded alien creatures called xenomorphs! And all because of a man named Burke...acting on the orders of someone called Ra's Al Ghul."

I'd purchase that for six-tenths of a dollar.
