The Rocketeer and Batman first shared an adventure on one of my earliest B&B covers, back in 2010. A crude effort, to be sure, so I thought that it was time to feature them together again. Throwing Robin into the mix would be a welcome addition. He might give Cliff Secord someone to relate to.

Whoa! Did Dynamic Duo '66 go back in time to try and prevent the attack on Pearl Harbor?
A rocketeer to Batman would be no different than Adam Strange. (or Hawkman.) Ross, do you have Earth-1 and Earth-2 as well? Cross time isn't always that easy, good potentials though. Cover looks like it was a lot of work.
@Carycomic: those look more like American B-24's in the background. So, I'd guess this trio is more likely escorting an air raid preparatory to D-Day.
Looks more like a pre-D-Day air raid.
P.S. @ Ross: any chance of someday seeing a one-on-one team up between Ted "Wildcat" Grant and Prince T'challa ( the original Black Panther of Wakanda)?
Plane brilliant!

August of twelve years ago?! More-than-slightly-overdue for a sequel, then. Wouldn't you say? --Cary
One of the first comics I ever bought was Batman #178, "Raid of the Rocketeers."
I have to wonder what Cliff Secord would make of Roxie Rocket?
