Swamp Thing was named as one of the characters that has a DCU film in development and James Mangold has been rumored to direct, but there has been no further information given on the project. It will be interesting to see how this new take will differ from what has gone before. Will it be self contained, or will it be a springboard to introduce other supernatural and magical parts of the DCU? Hopefully it will not bee too long before we learn more.

So, Ms. Croft is seeking something linked to the Parliament of Trees, now? That should prove interesting. Especially if it involved whatever brought Swampie to the far-off planet Dagobah in the first place!*
*And, no, I don't mean Space Cabbie!
@Carycomic: it's Kermit who probably first called (and sprang) for the ride there! I can just see Space Cabbie stopping to ask Dr. Strangepork of the Saturn 6 for directions.
"Can you tell me how to get to Sesame Street?"
As long as it's not George Clinton at the center of things here.
I just ran through Ms Croft's previous appearances on STF and some of her earlier partners would make a good fit here too.
Specifically, Man-Thing and Indiana Jones.
And if the action really is taking place on Dagobah, maybe Yoda could make an appearance too?
@Bob Greenwade: Didn't he get beat out for re-election as POTUS by Bill Bush?
@Anon113: lol! No; George Clinton is the lead singer of a funk-rock band called "Parliament."
@Davejonz: imagine if Baby Yoda ever struck Mjolnir once or twice on the ground and became...Throgu.
'May the Force be with thee!"
How would Captain Britain interact with the Parliament (with his background)?
He'd probably invite them to a RoundTable discussion. ;-)
At least they don’t have to worry about the politicians getting into trouble for drugs, drinking, or other illegal activities,
the Parliament of trees are just going to Seed…
Now, let us all practice our transcendental vegetation. Or "TV" for short.
