If Terra worked with Black Lightning and the The Thunderbolts would they have taken on the Wizard Wizard?? do they all get health insurance?

Not for the first time, and not even as the first person to say it: The Thunderbolts need a team-up with the Suicide Squad.

When did Gravity join the Thunderbolts?
I still remember when Judas Contract originally came out; even to the last issue, there seemed there was a chance for her; the cover to the Annual portrayed her between the Titans and Deathstroke & HIVE, looking conflicted, as if she needed to choose a side.
And then the story...man, there was NO conflict at all...she was, and remained FIRMLY against the Titans.
And the ending...Wow. Blew me away.

The Judas Contract remains a masterpiece of the 1980s Bronze Age of comics and a capstone to the era! Wolfman & Perez were literary superstars at the top of thier game. Honestly, as the '90s emerged, I felt DC (and Marvel) began thier steep decline. Judas Contract storyline and Crisis on Infinite Earths were the last time I was riveted by DC's output. By the mid 90s I was exclusively buying independent and foreign published titles.
I almost hate to admit it. But, I found "The Janus Directive" (a 1989 Checkmate/SS crossover) way better.
As Amanda Waller's depiction, in that comic book story arc, laid the foundation for the cinematic version depicted in the first Suicide Squad movie.
