Both of these guys deserve another shot at the big screen. X-Men: Apocalypse did not really do the villain justice. I don't fault Oscar Isaac's performance, but the visuals weren't quite there to bring the oversized X-Villain to life. I did enjoy Darkseid's brief moments in Zack Snyder's Justice League, but he deserves more of a spotlight and besides, Warner Bros has decided the this movie doesn't "count". It'll probably be a bunch of years, but I bet we'll see both of them on the silver screen again.

Nice -- "Apocalypse on Apokolips!" When I suggested this team-up (and I wasn't the first; I don't remember who was, though I think it might have been Cary), that was my main motivation.
There have been hints that Darkseid the next "Mega-Bad" for Arrowverse crossovers (like the Anti-Monitor). He wasn't handled especially well on Smallville (to put it mildly), so hopefully he'll be a bit better-budgeted when his turn comes for this universe.
As for "Ol' Puckered-Lips," as I like to call him, I think we can figure on his appearance taking somewhat longer, since the X-Men will need to be somewhat well-established.
I second jack-el's suggestion of a live-action Hulk/Hourman II team-up.
I am surprised that you have not teamed Incredible Hulk with Etrigan The Demon.

Bob, I have been a major fan of that character since the first episode when it played in the early 1960's. There was a more mature tone to it than the other animated shows from Japan.

If you don't know the character, don't drive yourself batty over it. He was a robot with a human heart. Somewhat like Six Million Dollar Man in some ways.
