Sabretooth Vs. Catwoman

I always liked Adrienne Barbeau as the voice of Catwoman on Batman: The Animated Series.  She certainly has the looks to play a live action version - imagine what could have been if there had been a Batman TV show in the late 70's-early 80's.

There was a Batman TV series in the late 70s and early 80s. I watched it. It was filmed years earlier and repeated and repeated and repeated....

Ah, yes! The Filmation Saturday morning series featuring the voices of Adam West and Burt Ward. As I recall, that also introduced a lilac-colored Batmite to young viewing audiences (voiced over by the same actor who did Orko for HE-MAN & THE MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE)!

I could be mistaken, but I believe that Anon above is referring to reruns of the live action Adam West and Burt Ward Batman of the 1960s. And by the way, for my money Julie Newmar is STILL the sexiest Catwoman of all time....

But on a more serious note, this cover reminds me very much of the idea I've proposed more than once of a series of covers featuring Marvel villains trying to invade Gotham and being opposed by the Bat-Villians. I'm not trying to take credit for this cover, of course, but I would love to see more. Maybe Electra versus Harley Quinn...? Sandman versus Clayface?

@Sonofjack: never mind the prelims. Bring on the main event: JOKER VS. THE JESTER!

Sonofjack is right. That's what I meant.

I could see this theme including Arcade vs, Riddler, Kingpin vs. Penguin, Doctor Doom vs. Ra's al Ghul, etc. They wouldn't have to be done all at once, of course; they could be under some blanket header such as "Gotham Wars."

Bob G: At first glance, I thought you had written "Archie vs. Riddler." Now there's a one-sided battle of wits!

BTW, has Archie ever met Jimmy Olsen?

@Bob Buethe: I'd prefer "Archie meets Jonny Quest."

@ my namesake: and I was serious about Mr. J taking on Daredevil's equivalent thereof.

If you ever retire Super-Team Family (please don't), a worthy replacement would be Super-Villain Team-Up.

STF leaves open the possibility for any type of team up, so no need to switch titles.
