Uh oh, I think that Kraven's hubris may have gotten the best of him this time around! I don't have much doubt regarding the outcome of this battle, but it would still be enjoyable to watch the Hunter receive his comeuppance.

This reminds me of a line from The Man Eater Of Surrey Green episode of the Avengers. "I'm a herbicidal maniac!"
@Anon749: was that the one about the killer phantom felines or the one about the telepathic plant from outer space?
@Ross: I don't know. I think Swampie only survived Ulysses Bloodstone (see STF #5055 back on Valentine's Day) because the latter was narrowly convinced, at the last second, that the former was NOT an evil monster like certain other plant elementals might have been.*
*Koff--Floronic Man--Koff!
P.S.---isn't Swampie overdue for a second team-up with the Hulk? The first one being STF #116...nearly fourteen years ago!
Given what a broad elemental of nature Swamp Thing is, Kraven's words are truer than he realizes; should he succeed, he may literally be the last one standing... anywhere. It would've been even more ominous had this cover waited another nine days -- April 22 is Earth Day.
Speaking of Earth Day, Ross: I know it's not one of the days you usually like to recognize with a cover, but I think that that could be a good occasion to see Swampy take on the Roxxon Corporation, or possibly a rematch between Mogo and Ego.
Surry Green was the episode. The one with the cats was "The Hidden Tiger".
@Anon315: thanks. :-)
How about Guy Gardner vs. The Gardener of the Universe?
Yes, because Swamp Thing is almost as fast as the Flash in moving his mind around the Earth to other vessels. He will be rolling on the floor, laughing, as mr k. is stringed up on food by products!!
