The Super Friends Vs. Doctor Doom

There was a lot of hoopla a few weeks back with the release of four teaser trailers for Avengers: Doomsday.  I thought that they were fine, if a bit premature for a film almost a year away from hitting the theaters.  They didn't reveal much that anyone who follows movie news didn't know about already, but I guess the purpose they served was to get the conversation rolling for general audiences who don't pay as much attention.  I think that marketing will stay quiet for a while and really ramp up in half a year or so from now.

Doctor Doom confronted the Legion of Doom back in STF #4171...

It's almost impossible to avoid early, advanced previews anymore. Promotion for FF: First Steps and Superman were almost a year out - if not more. I think the idea of previews with Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth was to plant the idea that the core Avengers would be back...

On another note... If Zan and Jayna have anything to do with it, Doom will end up (wait for it) all wet! HA!

Somehow, this makes me want to see an ALL-DOOM EXTRAVAGANZA! Doctor Doom, the Legion of Doom, the Doom Patrol, Mad Doctor Doom from Archie, Doomsday...

All this for (still) only sixty cents?! Here's a dollar. Keep the change!

So have the Super Friends met Spider Man and his Amazing Friends yet?

Since Vic has already worked with Darkseid, the Super friends may not be much of a challenge. But..Mr Universe??

Great idea! But, have him backed up by the Crimson Avenger, the Shining Knight, the Golden Age Green Arrow & Speedy, the Golden Age Vigilante, and the Star-Spangled Kid & Stripesy. Tentative title?

"The Seven Soldiers of Victor vs. Mr. Universe!"

But, with Doomsday, himself? Or just another clone with a Warren-ty?
