Not a pairing that naturally comes to mind, but Dinah Lance is no stranger to crossing dimensions and Reed Richards works well with blondes, so why not? Besides, the images worked well together and I had the perfect title that I wanted to use!

my first ever pop concert was the Beatles !
but due to women screaming i could not hear a note..
so Black Canary would’ve been at home with her Canary Cry,
i do hope Reed has invented heavy duty Ear plugs…
Another Excellent Cover… and that could be a Record Cover…
"Twist And Shout!" With a brilliant title like that, what more fitting enemy to fight than a xenophobic beetle? Well done, Ross. :-)
What kind of beetle?
@my namesake: A green scare-ab, of course!
Maybe Blue Beetles? Weren't there three of them, last time I checked?
Black Canary and Black Bolt seems a natural.
The title is indeed brilliant. And it's the counterintuitive pairings that seem to work best here, even more than the natural ones; make us think, "I never would've thought of that?"
It's kind of like: The Great Lakes Avengers and the Inferior Five would make for a natural pairing; the Inferior Five versus Dormammu would be somewhat less so, but still a fun cover.
Black Canary and black bolt is already on the block
Blog
Four, if you count the now-public domain Golden Age original.
But, if it were I-5 and the GLA _teaming up_ against Dormammu, then you'd have something!
Sorry! I meant to ask: "Then, how about Green Lantern Ch'p and Squirrel Girl?"

As a sequel to STF #644, of course!
Wow, what an unusual pairing, but a brilliant one.
the Realm of Nightmare!
the OUTSTANDING cover portends a non regular adventure that will not be as simple as the reader believes at the start of this exploit. Lucky reader.
No, that's a different villain. One better saved for a team-up between the Inferior Five and (a solo) Dr. Strange!
This is clever on so many levels!
With others - I meant just the two of them combining their sonic shouts.
Ross probably doesn't have enough image captures of them for an individual team-up. Hence, his attempts at consolation through group shots.
Agreed! :-)
