Stupendous Man Vs. Superman

Superman has had plenty of experience dealing with ultra powerful imps with the likes of Mr. Mxyzptlk in his rogues gallery.  Would that be enough to prepare him for a Calvin hopped up on sugar?  It would be fun to find out!

I don't know how or why, but this just sparked the craziest team-up in my addled brain that I could ever think of...

Judge Dredd & The Smurfs.

C'mon. It's gotta happen now. LOL

Well, Scribblenaut Superman might be helpless before him. I can't speak for the real deal.

It would be nice to see Hobbes get some solo time with some other cats - Tiggor, Loony Leo (from Astro City), Garfield, Streaky, etc

See "Cat Precinct."

This looks like a job for Harold and the Purple Crayon!

I can just picture how such a cover would look. Judge Dredd pronouncing Gargamel as guilty while pacifistic Papa Smurf tries to get him to commute the sentence (which is otherwise always summary execution!).

Oooh, I'm LOVING this!

Meanwhile, back inside the fortress, Hobbes has his own adventurous mayhem with the menagerie!

Superman was lucky he only had the Sugar Bombs to serve for breakfast!! Hey, boys and girls!!

In conjunction with Streaky?

Too bad Supes couldn't have had Frosted Flakes for his own breakfast. He could've pulled a Blackbolt on Stupendous Man by disorienting him with a super-shouted "GRRRRRRRRREAT KRYPTON!"

Speaking of crazy ideas: how about Animal Man vs. Werewolf-by-Night? Perhaps as a back-up tale for STF Super-spectacular #4600?

At the end, a duo sing a long Fangs for the Memories!!
Hyram to the Horace from the Horsefeathers!!

Bob Hope and John "Man-Wolf" Jameson, for example?*
*The former did have his own humor comic at DC during the 1950's and early Sixties.
