Red Tornado already has the power of The Tornado Tyrant within him, as told when his origin was fleshed out in one of my favorite JLA tales. Getting an infusion from Galactus would really put him over the top. It would be interesting to see what the ramifications of such a change would be.

Speaking of Scarlet Skiers, is there any chance of a rematch between the Black Racer and the Silver Surfer? The two haven't met since STF #114!
I hope we can get a glimpse of the "ramifications" on some future cover, featuring (say) the Silver Surfer or the Fantastic Four.
Like, say, RT and Norrin Radd getting amalgamated as...The Wind Surfer! Guest-starring the Iron Beetle.
The Red Tornado was already upgraded by Cyborg's Prometheus nanites. This may result in Cosmic Prometheus nanites.
