The Terminator is set to have one more theatrical go-round. Installments in the franchise after T2: Judgment Day have been less and less successful in my eyes, so I'm wondering if the magic can be captured once again. Still, this latest outing has the involvement of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Linda Hamilton and James Cameron, which could finally signal a return to form. I'll be very interested to see a trailer to get an idea of what the film has in store.

I don't know that The Terminator ever needed a sequel. Kinda like The Matrix.
Hey, Ross have you ever done a cover where Deathstroke meets Deathlok???
i couldn't find one but could not believe that it could have been missed... ...however if indeed it has not happened let me be the first to suggest this to you....
Oh, gods! This seems so obvious a meeting that it's a shame there's never actually been a story published.
Somewhere online, by the way, there's a Terminator/Jane Austen crossover fanfic story. I read it, or part of it, a few years ago. Entertaining...
Oh wow, I remember making this suggestion forever ago! :D
I agree that the sequels really dropped in quality after T2
We need to see a Conan vs Terminator throwdown some day
Great cover, Ross! I can just hear Arnie's voice as "Luther" listens to that pronouncement. :-)
It occurs to me that the Terminator should be a foe for Robo-Force. I also wonder that he's never faced his DC Comics semi-namesake, Deathstroke the Terminator.
I mostly agree with you about the Terminator films, Ross. Genisys was interesting enough (up until Matt Smith's overhyped and disappointing cameo), but the rest kind of fell flat for me -- not enough to be a waste of time and money, but not really exciting either.
PS: Four words: Inferior Five Versus Cthulhu.
Or, even better; "I-5 v. Marvel Zombies!"
@Anonymous: I'd prefer INFERIOR 5 v. THE INHERITORS.
With the titular antagonists out to get the Cobweb Kid!*
*The local counterpart of the multiverse's friendliest neighborhood wall-crawler.
Yesterday Deathstroke, today Deathlok- tomorrow Deatgh's Head? Or Death? Or Deadman, or Deadpool, or Deadshot, or Dead Girl?
How about "Deadly Harry" (a Dirty Harry/RIPD crossover)?
DC took a turn playing in the Terminator sandbox. I think Marvel might want to consider it... I mean, who doesn't love a GOOD crossover? And now that the Fantastic Four is back, I think it would make a great showcase crossover.
Of course, seeing it HERE would also be a delightful treat! But 'most anything on STF is a delightful treat...
The Silver Hawks meet: Space Hawk (Public Domain), Starhawk (Marvel), Sea Hawk (Pirate Public Domain), and A Man Called Hawk (Avery Brooks) at Kitty-hawk.
Deathlok VS Dethlok it will be Brutal.
Deathlok vs Robocop
or how about Death Squad comprised of....
Deathlok...
and Deathstroke...
Lady Death from Avatar...
Mistress Death from Marvel...
DC's Death from the Endless...
Death's Head from Marvel UK...
Sgt. Stryker's Death Squad an Atlas military comic....
and Marvel bad guy Death Stalker...
and Project Superpower's the Death Defying Devil....
Or Death Knight Lord Soth vs. Arthas the Lich King.

Deathlok vs Robocop
Such a great suggestion that Ross did it years ago ;)

Dethlok VS The Impossibles. Dethlok VS The Archies. Dethlok Mugs The Monkees.
@Brother Barnes: Or Catwoman steals the voices of the Monkees! Compelling the Gibbon to swing to the rescue!!
Cary Comic Who is the Gibbon?
He was a one-time foe of Spidey during the Seventies. But, after a short stint in the self-styled "Legion of Losers" (imagine the Sinister Six made up of Spidey's weakest foes), he became a minor-league crime fighter alongside...The Grizzly!*
It was later revealed (in the mini-series "Marvel Zombies vs. Marvel Apes) that he might be from the same parallel-Earth as those simian superheroes Iron Mandrill and the Amazing Spider Monkey.
*A former wrestler who wears a bearskin-covered, strength-amplifying exo-skeleton. Seriousy!
Cary Comic is The Gibbon related to Henry Gibson (As in "A Poem by Henry Gibson" - Henry Gibson(You bet your sweet bippy)) or Yule Gibbons ("Did you know certain parts of a pine tree are edible ?" - Yule Gibbons (Grapenuts Commercial)?
@Brother Barnes: Nope, nope, and nah-uh! :-)
