A society of power removers would beat them. Leech, Mr Negative, Nemesis Kid, No-Girl, Shadow the Hedgehog.
So, obviously, they're taken down by the combined might of Forbush-Man and The Inferior Five. Duh.

Wow! When it comes to super-villain "dream teams," this one would be a real nightmare, indeed!
That being said, I see only one hope. Black Hole from Marvel's "Band of the Bland" (preferably mind-controlled by Deadman).

He certainly wouldn't be as powerful as the others but Taskmaster fits the theme and could be a Tolitarian.

Now that's a way cool team! I'm still waiting for the "Scream Team" --- Black Canary, Banshee, Angar The Screamer, Silver Banshee, and Blackbolt,
I've got it! I know who could challenge them! A team consisting of Ultron, Magneto, Starro, Dr. Doom, and Mordru! Each of them has fought one of the teams involved to a standstill in the past- maybe they'd have a chance here! (This is fun.)
Amazo vs. Ultron would be an interesting idea by itself.

You could also add DC's Black Alice, to help deal with any magical opponents...
I think several commenters are missing the point that the theme here is "characters who combine all the powers and abilities of a given super team", not "characters who can absorb/duplicate other characters' powers". It's true that several of the team members here have the latter quality, as well, but I think the point is the "one-man (insert super team name here)" thing.

This may have quickly jumped to my top ten favorites. Well, 100. Let's face it, it's terribly difficult to choose a favorite from the massive amount of crossovers you have created. Very clever theme for a team-up!

I dunno. The Composite Superman never impressed me. Here's a guy with all the powers of the Legion of Super-Heroes, yet he couldn't defeat Batman.
I mentioned earlier today I'd love to write a number of these stories, and this is a big one for me. I always loved the idea of Ultra back when I first saw him and loved characters like Super Skrull. I can see Ultra having been another Superskrull but fighting for humanity and that he's not only. I can see this being a part 2 say linked to #2244 of Ultra vs Super Skrull. I've a full idea for this 2 parter where Ultra and Mimic fight off an invasion of the Super Skrull Squadron aka the Toltarians. Any one want to commission me to write this or any story cover out there let me know. LOL
