Creature Crew
For this team I wanted to assemble a bunch of characters that would have no problem confronting the type of menaces that are just too spooky or creepy-crawly for the rest of us. After what all of these guys have been through, I don't see them flinching at much. Any conflict the team might have would probably come from Mulder, who would want to understand the menaces they face rather than just kick their butts like the rest of his teammates.

I'm always amazed at where you find artwork! Where did you find Ripley? Did Dark Horse adapt the Alien films? I remember Superman fought the Alien, didn't Kyle Raynor, too?
Cool team-up!
I guess we'll know soon enough if Fox will bring back The X-Files...
Comics Alliance has a weekly feature called Best Art Ever and I found the Ripley Image there.
Great idea, and great execution! ... no Blade?
Blade's at home, crying over not being invited...
Dang it, here's another team that Bear Waters, the protagonist from my Realm Hunter novels, would fit into just perfectly. In the first arc he fights werewolves, dinosaurs, and Lovecraftian horrors, among other things; in the (unpublished) second arc, he faces nearly every sort of vampire the world has ever dreamed up. I just have to figure out how to get it comic-ized...
Either way, this looks like an interesting "group origin" story here, and I'd look forward to further installments with this line-up.
Buffy and Fox Mulder? Now, THERE'S a relationshipper fanfic I'd like to see on-line!
The Men in Black would've been a great addition, too. Great work, as always!
@AussieDragoon: actually, Blade was doing his tax return. ;-D
How many were disappointed that in Alien III they killed off Newt? A much beloved Dark Horse Heroine. Were you disappointed with the Earth bound A VS P movies as much as I was?
How do you keep a homicidal lunatic like Mr. Monster from trying to destroy Hellboy?
I don't know. But, it's probably a lot more difficult than stopping an elephant from charging (which only requires the revocation of its credit card).
