Man-Bat Vs. Morbius
I wouldn't be surprised to see Morbius appear in the sequel to The Amazing Spider-Man. The first film seemed to be trying to capture some of the Twilight crowd, so why not go all the way and include Spidey's vampire rogue? Still, I would prefer to see Man-Bat in a future Batman flick. Using Batman's more outlandish and powerful foes would set the movie apart from both previous franchises and Man-Bat has the coolest visual of the bunch. He might not be able to hold a whole film, but teaming him with Hugo Strange and Killer Croc for a "Monster Men" type plot (where Batman convinces Langstrom to switch sides at the end) could be very cool.

Wow, when did Gulacy get around to doing Manbat? I know he did a Batman cover or two in the 90's.
That would be a great film...or comic story. Wonder if Man Bat will show up in New 52?
When I was in 3rd grade, this would have been THE GREATEST FUNNYBOOK OF ALL TIME.
Man, I would have read that thing over and over again.
I'm pretty sure the Gulacy signature is for Morbius (and from one of the first ten issues of "Spectacular Spider-man", no?). The Man-Bat is probably from a "Batman Family" Dollar Comic a few years later, since "Marshall Rogers" is one of the tags.
Another natural, "I wish that happened" team-up. If you wanted a matching superhero edge to this, early 70's Dick Grayson and Peter Parker were in college at the same time (the high point of the monsters in hero titles), and were foes of their universe's bat-themed characters from time to time.
Could be an interesting expansion of this idea.
GF - There's a Nightwing/Spider-Man Cover in the archives, is that close enough?
Sorry for the late reply; well that's close...not Bronze Age, but close enough! :)
Awesome layout Ross! I couldn't find this on your Patreon. It's incredible the way you combine poses that go together so well. Must take hours to search for them.
