Knowing the Anti-Monitor, he'd only be able to make it out of antimatter. Which means Zenn-La and all its inhabitants would be stuck in the Negative Zone forever!*

That looks like a complex cover to do. A-M doing something? How is it going to benefit him? He seems so different since he was in that TV movie mini-series.

One has to wonder what the Anti-Monitor really has up his sleeve here. It's not likely that he's restoring Zenn-La, and that's it; it's likely that there will be a catch, or a really bad side effect -- or even that its restoration is merely a side effect of something horrible.
@Tobor: Since both properties are Marvel, the Surfer as Captain Universe is something Marvel could do. Something Ross could do would be, say, Bizarro #1 (the likable, goofy version) as Captain Universe. Or (shudder) Calvin as Captain Universe.
Actually, one could make a rather long list of other characters who could be interesting as Captain Universe: Stone Boy, Hellboy, Snoopy, the Tick, Ambush Bug, Jimmy Olsen, Ra's al Ghul, Elvis Presley, C-3PO....
...Marvin the Martian, Jonah Hex (future version), Xena, Captain Klutz, the Golden Age Red Tornado, Ens. Brad Boimler....
...Alfred E. Neumann; Herbie Popnecker; Capt. Underpants; any of Ralph Bakshi's Mighty Heroes; Forbush Man; Foxbat; Deadpool...
We won't be seeing Forbush Man or Deadpool as Captain Universe here, as Marvel's perfectly capable of doing it themselves.
But I'd pay good money for Foxbat as Captain Universe. (Hint: Use the pic of him from the cover of "Foxbat Unhinged"!)
Space Ghost as Captain Universe could work, too...
So would Pinky (of Pinky and the Brain) as Captain Universe. But I'm not really holding my breath for any of the above on this blog, especially Pinky, Foxbat, and Boimler.
