How differently would the JLA operate if Charles Xavier was running the operation? I would be interesting to read about, at least for an issue.

Previously on this blog, The Flash has crossed paths with both Sonic (STF #518) and the Spirit (STF #1672). Bob Greenwade, frequent commenter and Patron of this Blog, suggested that all three share a cover, given their connection to Central City. It might not be as action packed as you hoped for, Bob, but here you go!
As much as I like Andy Serkis as an actor, I was disappointed to never see a fully formed Klaw in the MCU. I don't know how they would have gone about explaining his signature comic book appearance, but it would have been cool to see.
I still remember fondly the first Cloak and Dagger mini-series. I had enjoyed the heroes as recurring characters in the Spider-Man titles, but here they really had a chance to shine. The Rick Leonardi artwork was amazing, and a big part of my enjoyment of those issues.
Now even The Flash's job is being taken over by AI? I hope that souped up skateboard is fast enough to match his pace!
Apes and comic books have been intertwined for as long as I can remember. For my money, nobody illustrates primate action better than Art Adams. That's just one reason that his Monkeyman & O'Brien stories are such a fun read.
The Flash first met Ghost Rider way back in STF #243... when he was recruited for a mission in Hell. I suppose a race in purgatory is a step up from that, at least!
There has been speculation as to who will make up the members of the Justice League when they eventually appear in James Gunn's DCU. What I'm interested to know is if we will be getting the JLA Satellite as a base for the team. While I liked the design of the satellite on the Justice League animated series, I'd prefer to see the classic version from the 70's-80's comics.
Nova Previously met the JLA in STF #3429
Uh oh! You know it's a real Crisis when Barry Allen is smack dab in the middle of it! But just how can a beat down on The Constrictor have world altering ramifications? The answers are only sixty cents away!
Power Man met the Wally West Flash in STF #4825...
Between that signature haircut, the bulging muscles and the beautifully painted paperback covers, Doc Savage seemed like a superhero to me growing up. I think he would he would have been right at home in a JLA adventure.
I'm not sure what type of mystical shenanigans that the Red Skull has gotten into to give him the edge over two Flashes, but it would be interesting to find out. And then, it would be entertaining to watch Jay and Barry give him his comeuppance.
I haven't seen the new FF movie yet, but I hear that Pedro Pascal is pretty good as Reed despite the mustache and limited stretching scenes. I was worried about the casting, so that's good to hear.
This cover required some decluttering and background replacement. Here is a look at the behind the scenes progress:
There's a lot of speculation that James Gunn's DCU may concentrate more on Wally West than Barry Allen when The Flash is introduced. I can understand them wanting to do something different after the TV series and the DCEU version, but I hope that Barry gets at least a little time to shine. Maybe an adventure with Kyle Chandler's Green Lantern before he moves aside to make way for John Stewart to be the main GL of the DCU.
Uh oh! Is even the fastest man alive swift enough to get out of this predicament? I'm sure those vile Martians will give him a run for his money!
It looks as though most of what we saw on the Peacemaker HBO Max series will remain canon for the new DCU - with one noticeable exception. The Justice League does not exist yet, so the scene where they show up at the end of the series has no longer officially happened. Will it be addressed in some way during the second season, or simply ignored? It will be interesting to see how it is (or isn't) handled.
For this Anniversary Issues, I thought I would go for a full issue throwdown between DC's brightest and Marvel's most vile. You see the match ups here - do the world's greatest super-heroes stand a chance?
With James Gunn's DCU featuring a universe where superheroes have existed for a long time, I really hope that we get a proper Justice Society with Jay Garrick, Ted Grant, Alan Scott and the rest. I'd be happy to see them as older mentors or in their prime in a period piece... or why not both?
Doctor Strange met the Barry Allen Flash back in STF #728...
