Looks like the New Mutants are in a tough spot.  It's too bad they didn't bring Magma along with them, she would have been a big help in this locale!

Looks like a somewhat metaphysical issue.  That's ok, those those can make way for some lavishly illustrated tales.  I just wonder who it is that these two are trying to contact.

Jonny Quest and Swamp Thing in: ""That's no Yeti!"

 

Judging from the dialogue here, it's clear that this cover takes place slightly before the events of STF #3325, where Jonny and Swampy first appeared together on this blog.  That these tales appear out of order has nothing at all to do with me forgetting that I had already recently paired them.  That is a completely ridiculous suggestion and almost not even worth bringing up. I just like keeping visitors on their toes here at The Lost Issues. Yeah, that's the ticket!

The Avengers meet Phantom Stranger & Swamp Thing

It still seems crazy to me that the new Swamp Thing series was cancelled before a single episode aired.  Even if that was the case you would think a cancellation announcement would have been held until it had its complete run.  It's too bad other accommodations could not be made for filming, from the little I have seen it looked like a pretty cool show. One of these day's I'll have to binge watch the whole thing.

Blade Vs. Man-Bat

Blade is another Marvel property that is rumored to be under consideration for getting a Netflix series.  It's only fitting since the Wesley Sniped Blade film really kicked off the Marvel Age of comic movies, in my opinion.  It showed how cool superheroic abilities could look with new special effects and paved the way for Spider-Man, X-Men and ultimately Marvel's own studio.I wouldn't even mind seeing Snipes himself continue in the role.
