Blind Justice is back for their third appearance on the blog! I still have not seen Madame Web. are there any redeeming factors to that movie at all, or should I just skip it altogether?

The only thing creepier than giant aliens are giant alien insects! Thanks to Kent Brockman of The Simpsons for the inspiration for this cover.
I haven't seen the new FF movie yet, but I hear that Pedro Pascal is pretty good as Reed despite the mustache and limited stretching scenes. I was worried about the casting, so that's good to hear.
This cover required some decluttering and background replacement. Here is a look at the behind the scenes progress:
I recently watched a couple of episodes of Iron Man from the Marvel Super-Heroes cartoons that first ran in 1966, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. I know the animation was considered crude even for back then, but whatever it lacks is made up by the fact that the artwork from the actual comics was used to bring it to life. The breakneck pacing of those early comic tales really made them perfect for this Saturday morning format.
M.O.D.O.K. is a villain that I have been wanting to see on the big screen since the debut of the MCU, so I was glad to hear he would be in Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania. The quick glimpses I got of him during the trailers did not fill me with confidence, however. Lackluster reviews kept me away from the theaters, but I'll catch the movie when it hits Disney+. I'm going in with lowered expectations, so maybe I will be pleasantly surprised by his appearance.
Superhero parodies have been around almost as long as superheroes themselves, and this first one I ever remember reading was Superduperman in a Mad Magazine reprint. I remember finding it hilarious and being impressed by the art - which was no wonder since it was illustrated by Wally Wood, a master of traditional comics. I was glad when I discovered the existence of Not Brand Echh! a few years later, a series that parodied Marvel heroes in a similar manner.
Sweet Christmas indeed! It will be a mellow one for me this year, with the office Christmas party cancelled and no big family gathering for the first time ever in my life. I will see at least one brother and maybe have a fleeting outdoor visit with my Mom, so I won't be completely alone. I am glad I gave myself a year's subscription to HBO Max as a present, so I'll spend tomorrow with Wonder Woman even if Santa Claus isn't coming!
This Marks The 10th appearance of The Power Couple on this blog.
