Iron Man 2020 and The Demon

 

I'm going to have to go back and read the Machine Man mini series that featured Arno Stark, the Iron Man of 2020.  Not only to revisit the gorgeous Barry Windsor-Smith artwork, but to see how closely the future depicted  resembles the 2020's that have actually come to pass.

Dr. Fate Vs. Lord Voldemort

 

Perhaps I am tempting fate by giving He Who Must Not Be Named cover billing, but these are the chances one has to take.  Let's hope that Doctor Fate will be able to thwart his plans!

Thunderbird and Booster Gold

 

Thunderbird had a great look (designed by Dave Cockrum, so no big surprise there), and it was too bad to see his time on the X-Men cut so short.  I think his gruff attitude was too close to that of Logan and they didn't want two loose cannons on the team.  It would have been interesting to see what would have happened if he had been kept around.

Detective Chimp and Jessica Jones

 

Uh oh, looks like the Caped Crusader has gone missing again.  It's a good thing we have these two sleuths on the case - if they can learn to work together! If you are curious to exactly where Batman may be, make sure you come back tomorrow, where all will be revealed!

Man-Bat Vs. The Vulture

 

The Spider-Man: No Way Home teaser has dropped, and in it we see subtle and not-so-subtle teases for Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Electro, Sandman and The Lizard.  That still leaves one more space on the roster to complete a full Sinister Six team.  Will Michael Keaton's Vulture return?  We know he will show up in Morbius, but could he appear here as well?  I think that Mysterio is more likely - if anyone could fake his death, it's him, and something or someone definitely seems to be influencing Doctor Strange.  Hopefully some more light will be shed when a full trailer is released.
