Cadmus is the kind of place that I can see a reformed Flint Marko working at.  There would definitely be friction with the regular staff though, and that could make for a fun tale.

These two previously appeared together in a two part tale that began in STF #3127, and concluded in STF #3128. This time around, they are taking the battle to their demonic Dads. Family friction in the fires of Hell equals 22 pages of  crackling comic book action!

Brother Power The Geek and Brother Voodoo

 

I've been meaning to use Brother Power for years, and am just now finally getting to it.  He's a pretty obscure character, but unique enough that it's too bad he doesn't get more appearances.  Is there a place in today's cynical world for a flower child hero?  

Power Man and The Atom

 

Man, I used to love when The Atom would travel through phone lines.  It didn't make a lot of sense to me, but it seemed so cool!

The Heroes for Hire aspect of the Power Man and Iron Fist team was teased when we saw Luke Cage and Danny Rand on the Netflix shows, but it was never actually explored.  I'd love to see that scenario utilized when the two eventually make their MCU debut.  It gives then a unique street level perspective and is a great springboard for stories.

G.I. Robot and The Human Torch

I am a fan of robotic characters, and I especially like it when they look unmistakably like robots.  I prefer when Red Tornado has a more mechanical look than when he just looks like a human colored red.  G.I. Robot has a great design, there's no mistaking that he is a machine.  Jim Hammond can pass for human, but when he flames on, he loses all of his facial features, which gives him more of an air of danger and unpredictability than Johnny Storm.

Rogue and The Flash

I was thinking that if the Gambit movie ever got off the ground, we might get a chance to see a more comics-accurate version of Rogue on the big screen.  Alas, with all the starts and stops that project has had, not to mention Disney's acquisition of 20th Century Fox' film properties, it looks like the film will never be made.  It will probably be some years before Marvel gets their own version of the X-Men up and running, and even longer before Rogue becomes part of the mix.

Man-Bat Vs. Baron Blood

Continued from yesterday.s cover, we finally get Man-Bat facing off against Baron Blood, a request I have received from time to time.  Don't worry, The Falcon saved his family.

I have liked Baron Blood ever since I first encountered him in an issue of Captain America during the Roger Stern/John Byrne run.  That was one of Cap's greatest story lines, and it has stayed with me decades after first reading it.

Man-Bat Enters the Tomb of Dracula

I was always creeped out by the concept of Dracula and Nosferatu when I was a kid.  The idea of an immortal creature that could transform into animals and prowled the night in search of victims to bite was suitably scary to me.  These days, when I think of vampires, my mind goes to too many movies featuring societies filled with overly primped effete bloodsuckers brooding and falling in love.  It seems that something has been lost with this new generation of the undead.
