Mar-Vell is in better shape here than if the Doctor's predecessor were trying this.

How about teaming Dr. Light with Sunfire, to defend Tokyo (such as from Godzilla)?

Or, better yet, give Gamora a power ring and have her help Sunfire and Dr. Light defend against...Gamera!

@Cary: I think a simple Gamora vs. Gamera cover would be enough. Even without the name similarity, it'd be an epic battle.
