Robocop's partners seemed to have a tough time keeping up with him, and Harry Callahan's partners often didn't even survive the movies they were in. Perhaps the most effective team would have them working alongside one another. I know that if these two were patrolling my neighborhood, I'd make sure to not so much as even jaywalk.
