Mister Fantastic, The Elongated Man and Mr. Gum
I always loved stretching heroes when I was a kid. They looked cool on the page and they were fun to draw as well. Ralph Dibny has yet to get a new lease on life with DC's rebooted comic line, but maybe there could be a place for him on TV. After all, he got his start as a supporting character in The Flash, why not do the same on the televised version?

stretch armstong is missing or plastic man dc comics in april will do convergence that may bring back elongated man
It would have been interesting to add Elasti-Girl of the Incredibles. All you'd need then is one more good elastic hero from yet another source, and you'd have a good ad hoc team! Unfortunately the only other one I can think of is the Champions Universe's Commando Rubberbando, and his only appearance that I can think of is the cover of the Fifth Edition Champions Universe book.
Snapback from Wildguard.
You could consider Coilman from The Impossibles cartoon. But that might be a bit of a stretch.
They are the Band of Rubber!
DC Comics Presents #93 (1978) featured the "Elastic Four" with Plastic Man, Elongated Man, Jimmy Olsen as "Elastilad" and a villain called "Malleable Man":

Awesome! Other Bob got us a fifth, Neil came up with a great name, and Michael posted the pun that I forgot to put in.
Ropeman of the Mighty Heroes would be a possibility equal to Coilman.
And speaking of the Mighty Heroes, an idea just came to me: Diaper Man teamed up with Captain Underpants!
"Expansion Team," huh?
Personally, I think "Rubber Band" sounds a lot snappier.
;-D
We can also count in Protoplasman from Big Bang comics.
I miss Ralph and I miss Plastic Man. DC's grimdark relaunch was just so, so misguided.
"Misguided" is putting it over-charitably.
I'm "Other Bob," eh? So is Bob K "Other Other Bob?" Or maybe we can be "OB1" and "OB2." Then someone can say, "Help me, OB1. You're my only hope."
One of my favorite throwaway jokes from Alan Moore's Top 10 were the literal rubber-neckersn looking at the accident scene from their carpool
On The Flash TV series, Ralph's name is briefly mentioned as one of the people who died from the S.T.A.R. Labs accident. So, while anything can happen, it's unlikely he'll be appearing on The Flash or Arrow.
Good news update: Ralph Dibny is supposed to appear on the Flash tv show. YYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm hoping the CW will give Elongated man his own series. Ralph has finally met Sue on The Flash.
