Dick Tracy and Jonny Quest
Watching Gotham reminds me of how cool it would be to have an ongoing Dick Tracy series. If you are going to have a police procedural set in a city rife with strange criminals, Chester Gould's classic comic strip is a perfect property to adapt. While Gotham is fun, we won't really get to see the villains fully formed because of the prequel nature of the series. With a Dick Tracy show, we could have the bad guys and the city's top cop in their prime.

Dick Tracy would be cool on TV...if Tribune Media would be able to get the rights away from Warren Beatty!
I could see them starting it with Tracy as a beat cop, on his way to becoming "Plainclothes" Tracy.
Ugh! I wish this was a thing!
How about a Dick Tracy/Tintin team-up?
Done back in issue #218
Then, how about a triple alliance between JQ, Dick Tracy, _and_ Tintin?
Tracy could be helping the other two with solving "The Case of the Disappearing Dogs." Special guest hostages: Bandit and Snowy.
