Robo Force

This cover introduces a slight new wrinkle to the blog.  From time to time, rather than a team-up, I will feature an all-new team that I think would be cool to see.  This time around, I thought it would be a kick to follow the adventures of an all-robotic team.  Despite their status as artificial life forms, these heroes have always all had interesting personalities and it would be fun to watch them interact as they unravel the mystery of mankind's disappearance.

That'd be Atomic Robo, Anonymous. Check out the comics! They're very good.

once again, pure genius. Thank you for all your work. This site is an oasis of creativity and brilliance. Suggested it before but with the possibility of more teams - Big Blue Boy scouts - Superman, Captain America, Dynamo and The Tick.

For that squad of Big Blue Boy Scouts: if you can find a suitable picture of Defender (of the Champions; check both the Hero Games and Champions Online websites) I think he'd be an appropriate addition.

Another Champions character who might be part of an ad hoc team is Foxbat; put him in with other loony villain/hero characters like Ambush Bug and the Impossible Man.

On another note, how about a team-up of The Mighty Thor and the Stan Lee version of Wonder Woman?

She only appeared once right? I do have a cover with a Superman related grouping coming up down the road.

This reminds me of when DC Comics Presents teamed Plastic Man, Elongated Man, and Elastic Lad.

Stan Lee's Wonder Woman also appeared in the JLA and Crisis issues of the series.

An I do hope the Superman-related team includes Stan's version.

Personally I prefer the Nextwave version of Aaron Stack, but anyways, this would be an awesome team up!

How about a team of the Spirit and his numerous knock-offs, such as John Law, Tarantula, Midnight, etc., and call it the Fedora-tion of Crimefighters?

There was a time where company crossovers were possible. Nowadays, the chance ranges from highly unlikely to nigh impossible, and this pic is why that fact makes me sad. I would read the hell out of this book.

If you use robo force again, can the Vision from Marvel be added?

He's a synthezoid, not a robot! I'm not sure if Roboforce will have a third outing, but the Vision will definitely appear on future STF covers...
