Now that I put these two together, I wonder why I hadn't considered the pairing before. They really do seem to be cut from the same cloth. I was not a fan of Harley Quinn and the Birds of Prey, but I am looking forward to Margot Robbie's third outing in the role in The Suicide Squad. What little has been shown looks to be a little closer to the comics version than we have seen thus far.

TANK you very much for this cover pairing....
i can HARLEY believe it.....
I'm a little surprised you didn't try for a pseudo-cinema look with publicity photo-captures of Lori Petty and Margot Robbie.
What Jack-El said. :-)
You're such a Joker
I understand Lois Lane's paternal grandfather was a real jester.
Hey! That's right. How come DC never thought of linking Charles Lane to Lois Lane, before this?
I had to look up ol' Chuck Lane. It does remind me that we need a good clown-themed hero team to oppose the Joker's Wild, and Jester could lead the group. Start off by also including Jack in the Box and the Tangent Universe's Joker, and I'm pretty sure there are at least a couple of others.
Plus, I think Harvey Comics had a Trickster-like hero loosely based on Danny Kaye.
