Red Tornado and Johnny Storm were two of the heroes that Jamie Madrox used the H-Dial to become in STF #4496, and I thought it would be cool for them to actually share an adventure together. I needed an Earth-based villain, and Terrax suited the job nicely.

Red Tornado and the original Human Torch seems more fitting since both are artificial life forms.

In the sequel of the partnership next character will be water based but will it be another hero or a villain?
If that is the android Human Torch teaming up with the Red Tornado, then perhaps the Galactus herald they fight should have been the construct of Air-Walker.

Great cover for the remaining days of 2024. I also love the Terrax logo as I've never seen it before. It doesn't get mentioned very often here in the comment section but this blog is a great way to see rarely used logos put to great use. Well done sir.
