I'm looking forward to Vincent D'Onofrio's return as Wilson Fisk in the upcoming Daredevil: Born Again Disney+ series. That series has undergone a lot of ups and downs, with lots of rewrites and major reshoots - let's hope the final product is on par with the first couple of seasons of the Netflix series.

I remember the GA series from circa the 1990's where he and the rest of Team Arrow returned to Starfish Island for some kind of special tutelage in other than trick archery (for dealing with Deathstroke ). And one of the tutors was a Dr. Loveless version of Kwai Chang Caine's Master Po! As Green Arrow, himself, put it:
"The world's greatest sensei couldn't be the size of a football player and avoid being challenged by rivals."
So, maybe that's why Ollie thought he could out-duke it with Fisk.
If you're referring to the martial artist called "Natas," that was in GREEN ARROW v.3/#66 from the fall of 2006. Only eighteen years ago.
@Ross: as a non-subscriber to either one of those streaming services, I have no pros or cons concerning anybody who's played the Kingpin since Michael Clark Duncan. I'm just biased in favor of Ben Affleck's silver screen Daredevil!
being Canary's boyfriend, i would imagine that she spends time with Ollie on how to fight better if he runs out of arrows and is out classed by opponents.
Fisk may be in for a surprisebor two.
Maybe a little wordplay for a story title? Something along the way of KINGpin vs Oliver QUEEN?
Good one!!! :-)
I'd love a sequel to this cover where Ray "Atom" Palmer jumps off GA's costume & into Kingpin's ear & takes him town that 180 lb. way.
^ "takes him DOWN" not town LOL.
