Star Trek Vs. Kang

With all of the time travel shenanigans that take place in Star Trek, it's only natural that the crew of The Enterprise would cross paths with Kang the Conquerer.  This would be a confrontation for the ages - literally!

Q may have something to do with this,
Captain Kirk does have a number of Time travel events to his name,
the Warlord Kang is trying for his first win since he first fought the Avengers !

I think Kang had better hope he doesn't annoy Kirk and crew or Q might somehow get involved to annoy Picard. Kang may be more powerful, but so was the Doomsday Machine!

Star Trek/X Files seems a natural as well.

I love that idea! :-D

(Kang) "Together Kirk, you and I will crush the Q, the Celestials, and the Time Lords! Join me, or be erased from existence."

I don't think there's been a Star Trek crew who hasn't been affected by time travel in some way -- even the Prodigy crew. That alone could prompt a Star Trek versus time travel 100-page issue, with not just Kang but also the Time Trapper, the Terminators, the Master... and even the long-awaited arrival of Sam Beckett into the body of Jonathan Archer!

Tentative title: THE XAVIER FILES (with special guest star Prof. X pulling a Sam Beckett with JL Picard's body).

And with an Easter egg cameo by Oliver Platt as Fox Mulder's first partner/training officer, Special Agent Fred Duncan.

Tomb of Time has soo much potential! Are the trio from a paperback cover? Beautiful! Anyone can have POWER, ask Khan! but to use it wisely, ask Kirk & Spock!! Kang needs a time out!!Maybe the Phantom Zone?

What is it about Kirk and adversaries named Kang?

Carycomic said...

Kang has counterparts everywhere. Even at the 1904 St. Louis (Missouri) Exposition!*

* "Kang-Kang-Kang went the trolley..."

Ah, great points Davejonz and Bob Greenwade. In a way, Kirk is practically a de-facto Time Lord after all this. Or is it yet to come?

IDW did Gold Key well. Thanks Ross!

That's a good point, in itself, Ken. Especially if Jimmy-boy is descended from General Heywood "Woody" Kirk (military co-director of Project Tic-Toc)!

KHAAAAAN!!! KHAAAAAN!!! - I mean, KAAAAAAANG!!!

Or, even better, in the brig at the Cardiff headquarters of Torchwood under Capt. Jack Harkness!

Lol! Good one, KEN! KEN-KEN-KEN!

@Tobor & Anon1030: I don't know who I'd feel sorrier for; Kang or Captain Jack?
