It's a shame that DC Comics has such a cool character in Skyrocket, and nothing is done with her. The company definitely needs more female heroes that aren't tied to a per-existing male hero, and she is an excellent example of that. I hope her creator, Kurt Busiek, or some other writer finds a way to properly utilize this hidden gem.

Maybe she'll show up in the new Power Company series spinning out of the Absolute Power/All In series.
Well, at least, you made use of her more-than-once, Ross. Because, even Mark Bright's Rocket was one-up on her, appearance-wise, here in your universe! Although, even she has yet to solo. Then, again, with a mission like this inherently requiring stealth, sending the entire Rocket Pack would've been needlessly foolish. So, in that regard, Skyrocket one-on-one with Cap makes better sense.
Thank you, Ross! Maybe, for Halloween 2025, you can have Skyrocket's Power Company teammate meet her Alpha Flight namesake. If only so you can (tentatively) call it..."Witchfire Is Which?".
I'm about as big a DC fan as you'll find, and it still amazes me the characters that I'll discover. I'm a little embarrassed in a way, too have never heard of one, but it's also part of what I love about DC, there's always something new to find!
Skyrocket would be a good member if Uncle Sam reforms The Freedom Fighters.
This Skyrocket should team up with the Torpedo (from Daredevil) & battle Skyrocket (from Super Friends #4) with Torpedo (from Aquaman's 1960s Awesome Threesome).
I had to go look Skyrocket up; she was created shortly after I stopped buying comics. She seems like a good one to team up with Sam Wilson during his time as Captain America.
