James Gunn's DCU seems to be the place for Batman's more outlandish villains and allies to appear. We already have Dr. Phosphorous in Creature Commandos and a solo Clayface movie is in the works as well. I really hope that Man-Bat will finally get his live action debut in a DCU project down the line.

As someone who first encountered Man-Bat in the '70s, during his primarily superheroic phase (okay, technically, I read a reprint of Detective Comics #402 first, but I also read an issue of Man-Bat and a lot of Batman Family Man-Bat stories early on), I always enjoy his appearances here.
This must be from before Francine Langstrom became pregnant. Because, as I recall, Kirk became accepting of his condition after that. As for a live-action Man-Bat movie? I hope it has better writing, acting, and CGI than the recent Marvel Film "Kraven The Hunter." I was literally the only one in the theater during a Saturday matinee showing!
Kirk with the Super Soldier serum in him? Oh, Ross... Stan Lee would be proud of you for the twists. Happy holidays, ALL!!
I think Man-Bat would work better animated than live action. I think he would be so CGI-heavy that it would take away from the story. Better to make him animated where that is not a problem.
