Just a guess but somehow, i don't think it's Looker.
It's got to be Halo. Wasn't her glowing aura actually a sentient energy being from outer space?
I'll bet it's Metamorpho. And I'll bet it has something to do with why Bolt and Electro were hired to terminally zap him and Moon Knight!
Cappy is a super powered soldier.What skill might he need that he doesn't have? Rexy might be it.
My guess, at first glance, would be Halo, Metamorpho, or Geo-Force.
