I thought that it was time to have a meeting between the coolest crimefighting pairs of the Silver and Bronze ages. Sure the stories may now appear too quaint or the costumes too bright and bold to pull off in a modern setting, but I always got a kick out of reading about all of these guys.

Power Man and Iron Fist are fantastic. Have you done a Heroes for Hire/ Dial H for Hero cover?
Not yet. Not a bad idea, though.
I'd classify N+F as Early Silver Age and Power-Fist as Late Silver Age...with the True Bronze Age being the first ten years post-COIE. But, that's more of a nitpick than an actual complaint!*
Otherwise, Jack Acid as take the words right out of my mouth with his evaluation. I think a better sequel, though, might be entitled..."The Kandor/Kun-lun War!" Special-guest antagonists?
Skeletronic Brainiac vs. Master Khan!
* "Potato/tomato" as the old song goes.
P.S.---for those who don't remember, Skeletron was a robotic version of Thanos take on by Quasar back in 1993. His look clearly modeled after the Wolfman/Kane/Hannigan redesign of Brainiac, introduced in Action Comics v.1/#'s 544-46, ten years earlier.
I've always felt that Skeletron was equal parts homage and pastiche. But, like the stand-up comic once observed: "You know what the difference is between a pastiche and an homage? An homage is French for 'tribute.' While 'pastiche' is French for 'rip-off!' "
Lol!
I also like Jack's idea. "Dial H for Hired!"
i have a great 3 part story sliders enter the land of the lost pt 2 sliders enter the dc universe pt 3 sliders end up in marvel universe
Ross, you may be able to bottle your characters, but you can't bottle your imagination or your skills.
@Filmsandvidgames: you should consult with Ordinaryguy2 about such a project! :-)
It's been a long time since any of the Archie characters appeared here. How about Archie and Jimmy Olsen, Jughead and Shaggy, or Betty & Veronica and James Bond?
That'd be great! B & V could reprise their roles as Agents of R.I.V.E.R.D.A.L.E.
I did not like Nightwing and Flamebird of the Silver Age, but I loved their redesign by James Robinson during his Superman "Return to Krypton" story ark.
Then, you probably love the Wolfman/Kane/Hannigan version of Brainiac.
:-)
Personally? Give me the verdant villain from Silver Age Colu, anyday!
