It's only natural that a Time Lord would find himself in conflict with a time-based villain. I can't imagine he would have a high opinion of someone that uses control of the timestream for personal gain. At least they could bond over their fondness for colorful attire.

Another perfect cover! How are crossovers like this overlooked in the comics? I'd happily my let properties play with another if the result is something this well executed.
A right to the jaw is bonding?! I can just imagine how it started.
The Doctor: "You're dressed like a Dali..."
Chronos: "The term is 'action figure'!"
This is definitely a clever match, and I'd love to actually see it, but I can't imagine Chronos being much of a challenge for the Doctor. I mean, just thinking of the incarnation shown here, the Doctor's defeated the Master, Davros and the Daleks, Sutekh the Destroyer, and the Black Guardian, among others- I don't see the Atom's arch-enemy being much of a challenge for him (all due respect to the Atom).
and now there’s the chance of different incarnations of the Doctor against other Chronoses ?
Tom Baker missed many opportunities to use his scarf in personal combat or positions of peril.
Stripes vs checkerboard pants? No wonder they are crossed!
Then a branch with "time on his hand".... give one cookie back
Chronos doesn't have a prayer...the doc has taken it on the chin before (almost as often as Bruce Wayne)
But give him a tic and we'll see what he can do.
Time is flying and so must EYE!
A truly action-packed tik-tok.*
*Steals a left-over Santa cookie on the way out.
Hang Time is going to be easy to do. No one has had so much time just hanging round
as this era of the doctor. And no part of this cover is overdone. Welldone.
Isn't it about _time_ for Midnighter and the Man Called Midnight to meet the Midnight Sons?
